Job Title: Contract Administrator (Temporary – 4 months – Likely to be extended)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (8am–5pm). Flexible start and finish times available.
Role:
We are seeking a Contract Administrator to provide administrative and reporting support to a Facilities Management operations team.
You will be responsible for supporting contract activities, producing reports from a CAFM system, maintaining compliance and health & safety documentation, managing subcontractor records and inductions, and supporting project and KPI reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain records, trackers and compliance documentation
2. Produce weekly and monthly reports and KPI information
3. Manage subcontractor records and inductions
4. Support project orders, quotations and O&M documentation
5. Maintain SharePoint filing systems and document control
6. Liaise with internal teams, including Finance, as required

Skills & Experience
7. Strong administration and IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and SharePoint)
8. Able to work independently with excellent attention to detail
9. Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
10. CAFM system experience (such as Concept Evolution) is desirable
