The team you will be a part of Finance Business Transformation This role in summary As the Finance Business Transformation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in aligning and integrating finance processes and systems across merging entities. You will lead transformation initiatives to harmonize financial operations, improve efficiency, and deliver scalable, future-ready solutions that support the organization’s strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include Lead and coordinate finance transformation programs across business units and countries, with a strong focus on post-merger integration Design and implement standardized end-to-end finance processes, ensuring alignment across entities Drive system integration activities between legacy platforms (ERP, reporting tools, planning systems) to establish a unified financial ecosystem Collaborate with stakeholders from Finance, IT, Commercial, and Operations to define future-state architecture and transition roadmaps Identify and deliver opportunities for automation, digitization, and process optimization within the finance function Manage project governance, reporting, and risk mitigation to ensure successful delivery of transformation milestones Develop and execute change management strategies to support process adoption and capability building across teams Champion continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making throughout the finance organization Minimum requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience (3-5 years) in finance transformation and systems/process integration, preferably in a merger or restructuring context Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel/Power BI proficiency Preferred skills and experiences Hands-on experience with post-merger integration of finance functions, shared service setup, or cross-country process harmonization Familiarity with RPA, AI/ML applications in finance, and modern data analytics platforms Strong understanding of IFRS/US GAAP and internal control frameworks What we offer Opportunity to shape the future of finance in a growing and integrating business environment Dynamic, multicultural team and exposure to global transformation programs Tailored learning and development opportunities Additional information Travel may be required to support integration workshops and stakeholder engagement Reports to: Head of Finance Transformation or equivalent Location: Watford (office) NB: Please note that candidates must have full Right to Work in the UK.
