You’ll be the link between our products and customers, driving sales, delivering excellent service, and sharing your passion for sustainability and quality craftsmanship.
What You2?ll Do
* Drive sales and deliver exceptional service: Achieve and exceed sales KPIs by executing the customer experience model “Every Moment Matters”.
* Build rapport and loyalty: Provide personalised service and care, encouraging customer loyalty and gathering data for future interactions.
* Be a Brand Ambassador: Share product knowledge and curate jewellery selections that tell a story.
* Achieve sales targets: Focus on conversion, average transaction value, and units per transaction.
* Support store operations: Assist with stock deliveries, maintain shop floor standards, and process transactions accurately at the till.
