Job Title: Senior Technical Claims Negotiator - Claims Fraud (First Party)
Location: Bexhill or Leicester (Hybrid)

We insure over three million customers and are looking for talented colleagues to join us in our exciting journey.
We are seeking a candidate with proven knowledge of Claims Fraud and coaching techniques, passionate about developing colleagues handling First Party and Customer Claims Fraud. You will collaborate across functions to provide tailored coaching, develop training materials, manage stakeholders, and ensure team KPI achievement through quality monitoring and improvements.

Responsibilities include:

* Driving results for key metrics such as reserving, indemnity, quality, and leakage
* Coaching and developing colleagues to enhance their fraud handling skills
* Helping colleagues manage difficult customer conversations confidently
* Providing training aligned with career development frameworks
* Referring cases to first-party counter fraud teams and negotiating claims settlements within authority limits
* Using root cause analysis to identify performance issues

Essential skills and experience:

* Strong background in claims fraud with understanding of the claims process
* Proven coaching ability, familiar with coaching models
* Experience with litigation and trials
