As Assistant Brand Manager for English Cheesecake Company, you will work on one of the UK's most exciting dessert brands at present. Based 2 or 3 days per week in Brent Cross, it's a great time to join the team as we have big ambitions for the brand. We are therefore looking for someone brilliant who is super passionate and proactive to help make our ambitious plans come to life as the brand moves from start up to scale up.
This is a fast‑moving and high‑visibility role within the marketing team offering loads of autonomy and broad exposure. This is a great opportunity for a creative, organised marketer who loves food, branding and seeing great ideas come to life. You will play a hands-on role in delivering product innovation & launches, supporting brand growth, and ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly. Working as part of a dynamic marketing team, you will help build a strong and compelling brand presence across multiple touchpoints in the UK desserts category.

Skills and Experience
Passionate about food, branding, and marketing.
1–2 years' marketing experience (FMCG Food preferred)
Excellent organisational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
Proactive and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously
Creative mindset with a hands-on approach to execution
Strong communicator with the ability to liaise across departments and with external partners
High Commercial awareness
Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint and Excel
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Activation Management
Support execution of brand media campaigns
Support the development and execution of social media and content plans
Support in the day-to-day delivery of all social & digital activity including influencer marketing & gifting.
Support execution of in store media & sampling events
Assist with brand partnerships coordinating product delivery, content schedules, and campaign concepts.
Support email marketing and newsletter campaigns
Innovation & NPD Support
Support end-to-end product launches ensuring all new innovation is delivered on time
Support new product packaging development and artwork amends.
Monitor launch performance vs forecast
Monitor new trends in the market and bring learning back into the team.
Manage product listings via Brandbank, ensuring all new products are uploaded ahead of launch dates.
Coordinate product samples for photography and data capture.
Brand Performance Analysis & Reporting
Monitor sales, distribution and market share performance
Analyse retailer and panel data (e.g. NielsenIQ, Kantar)
Conduct post-campaign evaluation
Prepare monthly performance reports and presentations
Assist in selecting products for review campaigns and manage execution via Brand Allies.
