What you'll be doing
This is a permanent role based in Pinner, Ruislip, Uxbridge, Northolt, Hayes, Southall, Greenford, Ealing, Acton, Stanmore, Edgware, Harrow, Wembley, Willesden, Harlesden, Finchley, Golders Green, Wood Green, North Finchley, Tottenham, Islington, Edmonton, Whetstone, Enfield, Barnet, Northwood.
You will work 40 hours a week, four days a week, on a shift pattern between 7am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday, with opportunities for overtime, which you can choose.
We will provide a Green Flag vehicle, and you will start your day from your home.
Our customers rely on their vehicles for daily activities, and sometimes they need assistance to get back on the road. Your role involves diagnosing and resolving issues such as fuel problems, tyre repairs or replacements, and battery replacements, ensuring their confidence to continue their journey without further issues.
What you'll need
* Be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
* Hold a current Category B driving licence.
* NVQ Level 2 or similar in light vehicle maintenance is preferred.
* Demonstrate empathy and a commitment to achieving the right outcome.
* Experience in the Motor Repair industry.
* Experience working alone (desirable).
* Apply up-to-date vehicle repair techniques.
* Practice and promote health & safety best practices.
* Collaborate with the dispatch team to enhance the customer claims journey.
* Use self-initiative effectively.
