As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in helping young people rebuild confidence, stability, and positive futures in a safe and nurturing environment.The home supports young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH), with a strong focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for every child in care. This is an incredibly rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about making a genuine difference and celebrating the small but meaningful milestones that can transform a young persons life.The Role As a Team Leader, you will support the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and operational practice are maintained at all times.
