Head of Year | Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the behaviour, wellbeing, and personal development of a designated year group
* Support and guide a team of form tutors to deliver consistent, high-quality pastoral care
* Use data effectively to monitor attendance, behaviour, and progress, implementing targeted interventions
* Build positive relationships with students, families, and external agencies to ensure wraparound support
* Promote a culture of high expectations, respect, and ambition across the year group
