The Role:
The firm is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Private Client Solicitor to join its dynamic team.
You will have a strong background in private client matters, including estate planning, wills, trusts, probate and tax advisory and will play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a caseload of private client matters
* Providing expert advice on wills, trusts, estate planning, inheritance tax and probate
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Mentoring junior team members and supporting the development of the department
* Contributing to business development and marketing initiatives
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and firm policies
Candidate Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor with at least 8+ years’ experience in private client work
* Proven track record of handling complex private client matters
* Excellent communication and client management skills
* Strong organizational and leadership abilities
* A proactive approach to business development
