Refuge Team Leader Location: Torfaen (refuge sites across the region) Salary: £26,520 FTE per annum, rising to £27,030 after successful probation We are seeking an experienced Refuge Team Leader to join a dedicated team supporting adults and children who have experienced domestic or sexual abuse, harm, and violence. The Refuge Team Leader will be instrumental in overseeing trauma-informed support services within refuge environments across the region, ensuring a safe and compassionate environment for all residents. The Refuge Team Leader position offers a permanent opportunity, working full-time hours of 35 per week, with flexible options and occasional evening and weekend shifts. The role involves working closely with support workers, relief team members, and external agencies to deliver person-centred care following safeguarding legislation and organisational policies.
