Further Education Officer

About the Role
Academic Registry is seeking two individuals to manage the successful planning and operation of our Further Education (FE) services at the Brackenhurst and Confetti College campuses.
You will be responsible for reporting on the performance of FE provision and lead a high-performing administration team to provide an excellent customer service to students and colleagues. You will be responsible for the student journey from recruitment through to completion. The post holders will collaborate with each other to provide a joined up service offer across our FE provision as a whole.
You will need operational knowledge of administrative processes, be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and have experience of leading a team.
One post will be located primarily at the Brackenhurst Campus (NG16) and the other at our city based Confetti College site. Successful candidates may need to work across sites to provide cover.
