Deployedon-premisefirst, it works even in air-gapped environments, making it a natural fit for industries where compliance and security are non-negotiable.

Kodesageaccelerates software modernization by giving teams the system understanding they need to move fast without breaking things. It also drives production support efficiency by shortening issue resolution cycles and enabling test automation, while reducing dependency on retiring experts or external vendors.

Our team is distributed across multiple locations in Europe, and we are now looking to expand our presence in London.


About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives in a startup environment and enjoys working across inbound qualification, outbound experimentation, and direct engagement with potential customers.

You will play an important role in qualifying our growing inbound pipeline while helping build the foundations of outbound sales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both structured lead qualification and testing new approaches to engage with enterprise buyers.

You will work closely with marketing, the founders, and the product team, helping translate complex technical capabilities into compelling conversations with potential customers.

As an early sales hire, you will also have the opportunity to help shape SDR processes, CRM workflows, and early outbound strategies.


Responsibilities

* Qualify inbound leads and conduct initial discovery conversations
* Nurture qualified leads and support them until they reach opportunity stage
* Ensure high-quality pipeline development for the sales team
* Qualified opportunities will be handed over to the founding sales team for deeper discovery and sales cycles.


SDR Process & CRM Foundations

* Set up and maintain SDR workflows, sequences, and lead management processes in HubSpot
* Help establish scalable lead qualification and follow-up processes
* Maintain clean CRM data and lead tracking


Outbound Experimentation

* Help design and test early outbound strategies and messaging
* Experiment with messaging and engagement approaches
* Work closely with marketing to refine targeting and messaging


Events & Lead Engagement

* Participate in industry events and conferences
* Engage potential prospects on-site
* Conduct post-event follow-ups and convert interest into qualified leads


Who You Are

You enjoy building things from the ground up and thrive in environments where experimentation, initiative, and ownership are valued.

You are:

* Comfortable working in unstructured environments and testing new approaches
* Competitive and motivated to meet or exceed targets
* A strong communicator who can translate complex technical products into clear selling points
* Persistent and resilient - you’re comfortable picking up the phone and proactively reaching out to prospects, while knowing how to balance persistence with professionalism
* 3+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative in a technology company
* Experience selling B2B SaaS products in early-stage startups where processes are still evolving
* Hands‑on experience working with HubSpot CRM
* Experience using B2B data enrichment and prospecting platforms such as ZoomInfo, Clay, Lusha, or similar tools
* Experience running multi‑channel outreach campaigns (e.g. email, LinkedIn, calls)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Native or near‑native English proficiency


Nice to have:

* Experience selling engineering tools, developer platforms, or technical products
* Experience in AI, enterprise software, or data platforms
* Experience supporting event‑driven lead generation and follow‑up
* Work on cutting‑edge AI technology
* Help shape the market narrative of a growing startup
* Collaborate directly with founders and leadership
* Be part of a fast‑moving team passionate about solving complex engineering challenges
