<div><p>All Care Thames Valley are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our growing team!</p><p>As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for the management of staff rotas, ensuring visits are allocated with consistency and in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for managing staff annual leave and accommodating any required training in rotas.
