Role Summary
The Nightingale Hospital Exeter has been delivering innovative outpatient services for the past 18 months as part of the National Community Diagnostics Programme. Our one-stop clinics span a wide range of specialties, designed to enhance the overall patient experience while ensuring safe and efficient clinical pathways.
In addition, our centre has expanded in line with the Community Diagnostic Hub programme, now offering services in respiratory, cardiology, ultrasound, phlebotomy, gynaecology, sarcoma, and musculoskeletal (MSK).
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, approachable and supportive band 5 registered nurse to join our small and friendly team. Our outpatient unit is currently run over 5 days but may expand into 7 days depending on service need over time.
Our working pattern is set over 4 days starting at 8 am to 6pm with one day finishing at 5:30 pm.

We are based just outside of Exeter centre and on the Sowton Industrial Estate. We have free staff parking and the Nightingale shuttle bus, which picks up at the park & ride and offers door to door drop off. The M5 J30 is minutes away.
The registered band 5 nurse will play a vital role in supporting both patients and clinicians to ensure the smooth and safe running of clinics. The postholder will be central to delivering highly focused, patient-centred care within a well-established but continually evolving service.

* Collaborating with the wider team to enhance patient care and optimise clinical pathways.
* Embracing change and adapting to new models of care while maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, full time over 4 days (three days of 8-6 and one day 8-5:30)
