Job Description
We are working with an established Belfast City Centre law firm who are seeking an Associate to join their Conveyancing team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a well-regarded Private Client practice, working on a unique caseload of conveyancing matters for clients. The candidate’s role will see them managing both residential and commercial property transactions, drafting contracts, leases, EPOA, and estate accounts, conducting title checks and pre-contract enquiries and assisting senior solicitors in file progression.
The candidate will play a key, front-facing role, liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, executors and beneficiaries, taking instructions with sensitivity and accuracy. The candidate will also demonstrate excellent collaborative skills, assisting on caseload of estate administration, will, and probate matters, as well as supporting the wider team with ad-hoc tasks.
Essential Criteria:
* NQ-4 PQE;
* Strong background in Conveyancing and Private Client work;
* Outstanding academics;
* Technically excellent;
* Exceptional organisational skills;
* Effective communicator;
