Job summary Children and Family Health Devon (CFHD) is excited to be recruiting a Clinical Team Manager to lead our Urgent Care Pathway in Torbay & South Devon .Our Urgent Care Pathway offers rapid mental health support to children and young people experiencing acute emotional distress and crisis. The team works closely with young people, families, schools, social care and acute services to provide timely assessment and intervention, reduce risk, and help children remain safely in their communities. As Team Manager, you will play a key role in delivering and developing this responsive, trauma-informed service. You will lead a skilled multi-disciplinary team, including mental health practitioners, clinicians and support staff, providing operational management, clinical leadership, and compassionate supervision. You will also be a part of the locality leadership team, working collaboratively to shape care and improve outcomes for children across the wider syste m.
