As the UK’s largest and fastest-growing automotive repair network, we’re now looking for a sharp and experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join our team in Cambuslang. What You’ll Be Doing In this key role, you’ll be the link between inspection and perfection. You'll assess vehicle damage, prepare detailed estimates, and help ensure every repair runs like clockwork. Your responsibilities will include: * Accurately assessing damage using Audatex or similar systems * Creating thorough, precise estimates that meet industry and insurer standards * Collaborating with insurers, workshop teams, and front-of-house staff * Supporting the repair journey with clear documentation and strong planning * Ensuring paperwork is accurate, complete, and fully compliant What We’re Looking For You’re experienced, confident, and committed to getting things right first time. You take pride in your work and know how to keep things moving without cutting corners.
