What You’ll Be Doing
* Being the first point of contact for hire enquiries
* Managing the full hire process — quotes, bookings, deliveries, and off-hires
* Coordinating with transport, workshop, and depot teams
* Making sure equipment movements are planned, efficient, and on schedule
* Maintaining accurate documentation and system records
* Spotting opportunities to improve service and customer satisfaction
* Playing a key role in the smooth running of the depot
