Euro Car Parks is one of the leading UK providers of innovative and technology-based car parking solutions. Providing specialist car parking services to a wide range of blue chip clients throughout the UK, we are currently looking to extend our busy technical department and recruit a Support Technician to join our team.
Based in our head office in Marylebone, London, you will be working at the centre of our technology department with exposure to some of the most advanced equipment currently available to market, with opportunities to learn and progress within the business. Duties will include:
* Managing a large estate of Android devices
* Providing remote support to users
* Building and enrolling devices to operate within the estate
* Supporting LAN/WAN and local hotspot devices
* Monitoring the dynamic status of our tech-based remote systems
* Carrying out basic remote diagnostics and systems checks
* Entering details into our asset management and maintenance database
* Raising work-orders
* Supporting the new projects team
Ideally suited to an individual with a keen technical interest (and potentially holding a technical or engineering qualification), together with a working knowledge of IT infrastructure, you will have at least three years working experience in a similar environment and be looking for your next career move. We will provide in-house training enabling a full understanding of the wide range of systems and technology in use.
