Role Overview
1. Design, develop, and maintain innovative, customer-centric, high-performance solutions within the SailPoint IdentityIQ framework.
2. Focus on user experience by designing software with customer needs as the primary goal.
3. Collaborate within a feature team to engineer software, scripts, and tools facilitating the delivery of banking platforms, applications, and services.
4. Engage with engineers, architects, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather and clarify project objectives, goals, and requirements.
5. Engineer and deploy applications that meet or surpass expected load, performance, and availability metrics, including executing load balancing, performance testing, and benchmarking.
6. Demonstrate extensive experience in the security domain, showcasing a solid understanding of security protocols and strategies.
Key Skills and Experience:
7. Must have - Experience in Identity Access Management (IAM) with SailPoint IdentityIQ
8. Must Have - Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, XML, (and SQL if possible).
9. Must Have - Experience with application onboarding, workflow development, and operations & maintenance activities within IdentityIQ.
10. Must Have - Familiarity with designing, building, configuring, and implementing IdentityIQ connectors for systems such as Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, and Oracle.
11. Must Have - Experience customizing workflows, forms, rules, roles, policies, reports, and certifications within IdentityIQ.
12. Implementation experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SOD) policies.
13. Strong understanding of security protocols and strategies within the security domain.
14. Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
15. Organizational proficiency for driving solutions to fruition.
16. Ability to translate requirements into business-relevant language.
17. Proven ability to work independently and within diverse project teams.
Desired Certifications:
18. SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer.
19. SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Associate.
