We are seeking a x2Periodic Mobile Cleaners to attend a number sites for one of our largest Social Housing partners in Oxford and surrounding areas.
This is a full time role working 40 hours a week,Monday to Friday.
Hourly rate is £13.50
A Full Manual UK Driving Licence is required, a Company Vehicle is provided.
Key responsibilities
* Deep Cleaning of hard floors, carpets
* Jet washing of internal and externals of bins and stores
* Scrub and sanitize all high-touch surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment
* Use specialized cleaning equipment and chemicals to clean carpets, upholstery, and hard floors
* Dust and wipe down furniture, light fixtures, and vents
* Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with safety and environmental policies
* Clean and disinfect restrooms, ensuring all supplies are replenished (e.g., soap, paper towels, toilet paper)
* Clean windows, glass, and mirrors to a high standard
* Clean and sanitize common areas, break rooms, and kitchen spaces, ensuring all surfaces are spotless
* Follow safety guidelines while handling cleaning supplies and equipment
What are we looking for?
* Previous experience in cleaning environment is essential
* Full Manual driving license required
* IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps)
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
