Join Our Sales and Delivery Team! Learning and Development Consultant Wanted at Cegos UK!

We're excited to announce that Cegos UK is on the lookout for a talented Learning and Development Consultant to join our dynamic sales and delivery team. If you know any exceptional L&D Consultants or if you believe you’re a great fit yourself—read on!

About the Role

We’re seeking a Learning and Development Consultant for our growing London team. This position is ideal for someone bursting with energy, creativity, and a relational mindset. As a L&D Consultant at Cegos UK, you’ll play a vital role in leading projects—from concept to delivery—while managing multiple clients seamlessly. A successful Consultant will possess strong skills in four key areas: learning design, account management, facilitation, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitation

* Ignite workshops with your charisma, skill, and meticulous planning.
* Embrace travel opportunities across the UK and globally to deliver engaging learning experiences, from team-building activities to leadership training.
* Elevate others through knowledge-sharing in various topics, including sales, communication, creativity, and more.

Sales

* Develop new partnerships and sell projects using consultative selling techniques and exceptional scoping workshops.
* Understand the needs of L&D leaders and HR managers across diverse organisations, translating insights into innovative solutions.
* Influence and inspire through superior communication skills, both verbal and written.

Learning Design

* Create innovative learning programmes, including face-to-face and virtual workshops, in partnership with our teams in London and New York.
* Craft tailored content that meets client needs and delivers engaging workshop experiences.
* Collaborate with our Studio to produce high-quality materials, including films, animations, and printed content.

Account Management

* Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and professionalism.
* Lead projects from scoping to delivery, ensuring efficient outcomes that exceed expectations.
* Maintain high standards in project quality assurance, demonstrating exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

Skills & Attributes

We’re looking for someone who stands out—someone who is inherently skilled and doesn’t require a long list of attributes. The ideal candidate will:

* Have demonstrated exceptional presentation skills as a facilitator or trainer.
* Successfully follow project processes to achieve outstanding results within deadlines.
* Be passionate about personal development and open to feedback for self-improvement.
* Exhibit high levels of organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Possess a foundational understanding of consultative sales through past experience.
* Show evidence of scoping and collaborative learning design with diverse clients.

The Perks

* Meaningful Work: Help businesses and organisations innovate and grow.
* Flexible Working: We support a healthy work-life balance, including planned work-from-home options.
* Essential Tools: We provide the resources you need to thrive.
* Learning Opportunities: We invest in your growth with contributions towards training, courses, and conferences.
* Collaborative Culture: We break down silos and foster teamwork, even remotely.
* Lunch and Learns: Join our regular training sessions over lunch.
* Social Events: Enjoy team outings in Shepherd’s Bush, with Westfield nearby for plenty of options.
* Generous Holiday: Enjoy 25 days of annual leave and a fully closed office during Christmas.
* Wellness Perks: Access our fleet of bikes for commuting or social rides.

How to Apply

If you're ready to take your career to the next level, please send your CV and a brief bio (approximately 150 words) highlighting your key successes to Sharon Wiggins at sharon.wiggins@cegos.uk.
