The Account Manager will take responsibility for a portfolio of restaurant and hospitality clients, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll be the key point of contact, coordinating with digital specialists and content creators to achieve measurable outcomes for every client.
Role Highlights
* Manage and nurture a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the main day-to-day contact
* Oversee SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns, reporting results directly to clients

* Deliver campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations
You Will Need
* Previous experience in account management within an agency environment (Min 3 years, max 5 years)
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships
* Confidence working with data to measure performance and inform strategy
* A proactive mindset with a drive to contribute to company growth
