Fantastic career opportunity at Reeds Rains in Grimsby as we are looking for a highly motivated Estate Agent to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis, with the Sales and Lettings team. This branch is part of National Home Move who are a netw ork of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England. As a negotiator you will: Register Customers and carry out property matches for Sales and Lettings properties. Generate and conduct property viewings. Negotiate offers between all parties. Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance) Display excellent customer service at all times. Industry experience is preferred, however, as full training will be provided, we will consider evidence of suitable transferrable skills in Customer service and Sales. In return we offer: On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa £24,000 plus per annum 3 months guaranteed commission pay. 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota.
