What You Bring
* Experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Sous Chef, aiming to step into a Head Chef role
* Proficiency with fresh ingredients and strong kitchen skills (prep, hygiene, knife skills)
* Leadership qualities, proactive work ethic, and commitment to high standards
* Experience managing KPIs, labour, stock, and food safety
* Ability to report on metrics like GPs, labour costs, and food prep
* Experience in training and recruiting kitchen staff, including Apprentices, KPs, Chefs, Junior Sous Chefs, and Sous Chefs
