The role of Demand Planner at our Chapeltown, Sheffield site is perfect for someone looking for a fast paced and exciting role.
Ideal for someone with experience of Demand Planning.
This role is hybrid with 2-3 days onsite.
1. Drive timely and accurate sales forecasts, new business opportunities, customer expectations and ad-hoc demand will be used to develop production plans.
2. Strong collaboration with departments specially Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Planning, Purchasing and Customer service and Management, as well as our key customers
3. Create a rolling weekly forecast, by forecast group / SKU / stocking location.
4. Maintain accurate and robust forecast on the Blue Yonder forecasting system.
5. Blue Yonder system maintenance
6. Agree / align forecasts with commercial team
7. Lead weekly S&OE meetings
8. Lead Demand Review meetings with commercial, preparing and analyzing required date (forecast accuracy, largest SKU error’s, forecast alignment, promo’s discontinuations, new launches etc.
9. Supply review meetings
10. Experience of working in demand planning/planning environment
11. Experience in working with manufacturing processes
12. Experience using MRP/ERP systems
13. Understanding of supply chain processes
14. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
15. Analyzing and reviewing supply chain reports
16. Fluent English
17. Fluent MS Excel
