The ideal candidate:
* Holds a full and relevant childcare qualification at Level 3 or above
* Has at least 3 years experience in a nursery setting
* Is passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting childrens development
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Deliver the EYFS curriculum effectively, tailored to childrens individual needs and interests
* Develop observation, methodology, and learning implementation within the setting
* Work alongside the Room Leader to ensure high-quality practice
* Help plan and run nursery events
* Build strong working partnerships with parents and staff
* Support the room in providing outstanding care
* Liaise with outside agencies as required
