Job Description You will be responsible for managing daily operations onsite and delivery of the relevant service streams to industry best practice standards. In collaboration with the Orlando teams, you will also support compliance with safety regulations and driving continuous improvement in workplace safety and sustainability. Also supporting with planning and implementation of business continuity, emergency response and crisis management response. This role requires strong coordination, problem-solving, and people management skills, with a hands-on approach to ensure operational excellence Manage daily operations of the Bedford office ensuring efficient, safe, resilient and functional workplaces that are well maintained. Supervise office administration and vendor teams, ensuring the requirements of the business and SLAs are met. Collaborate with internal departments on operational solutions, processes and reporting requirements, enhancing strong lines of communication and develop relationships with key stakeholders in Bedford and other UDX sites. Lead local moves & changes, fit-outs, refurbishments and minor construction projects in collaboration with global teams. Oversee vendor management including procurement, contract administration and performance evaluation through regular supplier meetings. Own and manage budgets and cost efficiency for Bedford operations and report on KPIs. Identifying opportunities for cost savings without impacting the quality of service delivery. Manage relationships with landlords and property managers to ensure lease compliance and alignment with business requirements. Highlighting lease events or issues to the Real Estate team. Work with the EHS team, as required, to support the implementation of company-standard safety programs and training (first aid, fire wardens, inductions, H&S documentation etc.). Lead cross-functional meetings and share feedback and requirements with the EHS and BCCM teams. Maintain contact lists, incident logs, and coordinate regular planned evacuations. Support cross-functional response efforts (with Security, HR, IT) during major incidents or disruptions, sharing local information with the wider Workplace team. Share best practices and insights, leveraging prior experiences to improve operations, safety, and efficiency across our global teams.
