We provide certified natural and lab‑grown diamonds, bespoke CAD/CAM design, custom manufacturing, and ready‑made jewellery to over 40 UK retailers. With growing demand and continued expansion, we require skilled jewellery professionals to support daily operations, manage high‑value stock, assist with bespoke design work, and maintain strong service standards across our wholesale activities. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Retail Jeweller will be responsible for selling jewellery, diamonds, and accessories to customers, providing knowledgeable product guidance and delivering a high standard of personalised service. The role includes assisting with minor jewellery repairs such as cleaning, polishing, and adjustments, as well as supporting the design or redesign of bespoke pieces in collaboration with the company’s manufacturing team. The Retail Jeweller will handle stock management, prepare items for display, maintain the presentation of the retail area, and ensure secure handling of high-value items. As the company expands into online sales, the role will also involve preparing products for website listings, assisting with photography and descriptions, processing online orders, responding to digital enquiries, and supporting the smooth operation of the company’s e‑commerce platform. SALARY RANGE: £31,500 to £35000 or depending upon experience LOCATION: 525 Foleshill Road, Coventry, West Midlands, CV6 5AU JOB TYPE: Full-time, permanent. 37.5 hours per week.
