What will you be doing? • You will be lead tender planning and programming activities within the pre-construction team, • Collaborating with estimators and the wider bid team to work out cost and work breakdown structures, • Presenting programmes at tender settlement meetings, • Liaising with Preconstruction, Project Teams, Clients and Supply Chain, • Tracking the tender vs actual project performance, • Supporting the delivery of 4-6 tenders per month with a target 1-in-4 win rate. Where will you be doing it? • Our client is a well established Civil Engineering firm in the North West, specialising in delivering infrastructure projects. What you'll need: • Relevant degree or qualification, • Industry background and experience working as a Pre-Construction Planner, • Knowledge of highway & structure projects is necessary, • Experience using ASTA, P6 and MSP, • Understanding NEC 3 & NEC 4 Contracts, • Civil Engineering background.
