We’re looking for a German‑speaking Lead‑level UX Designer to join a fast‑moving B2B SaaS organisation on a 6‑month contract. This is a hands‑on role focused on designing data‑rich dashboards and helping shape the next generation of a payroll/HR platform.
What you’ll be doing
* Lead UX design across multiple features and product streams (not limited to a single project).
* Design and iterate on enterprise‑grade dashboards and complex data visualisations.
* Work closely with the UX leadership to define UX strategy and execution.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across different teams and locations — influence product, engineering, operations and business stakeholders.
* Adopt a lean UX approach: evidence‑led discovery, rapid prototyping, user testing and pragmatic delivery.
You’ll have
* Strong enterprise B2B SaaS experience (essential).
* Experience working across multiple features and products simultaneously.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills — comfortable working with people at different levels and locations.
* A hands‑on, adaptable approach: able to switch between discovery, design and delivery in line with company priorities.
* Availability to start ASAP and commit to a 6‑month engagement.
* Fluent in German.
