A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Luton is seeking a motivated Early Years Explorer Teaching Assistant to start ASAP. The contract runs until 19th December 2025, with potential for extension or permanent opportunities for the right person.
If you’re passionate about hands-on learning, nurturing young minds, and sparking curiosity in children, this is the perfect role!
Responsibilities:
• Support Early Years classrooms with daily activities
• Deliver small group and 1:1 support to learners
• Assist in preparing engaging learning resources
• Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and curiosity
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure each child’s success
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
• Experience working in Early Years or nursery settings
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Committed to safeguarding and child development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
