Barker Ross are currently recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our client's team covering the Maidstone and Tunbridge areas.
This is a hands-on outdoor role ideal for candidates who enjoy working outside and take pride in maintaining public and green spaces to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, and general grounds maintenance
* Using hand tools and powered equipment safely and effectively
* Maintaining outdoor areas to a high standard
* Travelling between local sites during the working day
* Working independently and as part of a team
Requirements
1. Valid UK manual driving licence (essential)
2. Previous grounds maintenance, landscaping, or gardening experience essential
