We're recruiting committed and experienced Support Workers to join our team, supporting children and young people (up to age 18) with a range of health, emotional, and behavioural needs. Your Role As a Support Worker, you'll play an essential part in creating positive outcomes for children and young people by: Providing tailored care and emotional support Building trusting, meaningful relationships with young people and their families Responding to challenging behaviours using calm, therapeutic approaches Working closely with other professionals to ensure the highest quality care Encouraging independence, confidence, and life skills Following and contributing to personalised care plans Supporting young people with appointments, education, and recreational activities Keeping accurate records and safeguarding the child's wellbeing What We're Looking For: We are looking for compassionate Support Workers who have the following skills and experience: 6-12 months of paid UK experience in a similar support role NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent) Experience managing challenging behaviour A caring, compassionate, and patient attitude Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Flexibility and reliability - able to work 12-hour shifts (days/nights), including weekends Full UK Driving Licence (preferred) Enhanced DBS (Child & Adult Workforce) What We Offer Competitive pay, including enhanced weekend rates: £15.50-£31 per hour (depending on shift) Flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle Fully funded Level 4 qualification in Children and Young People Ongoing training and development opportunities Weekly pay The chance to be part of a warm, supportive, and passionate team Interested?
