Specialist Occupational Therapist - ReACH Clacks and Stirling
Fixed Term or Secondment Opportunity* for 10 months due to improvement in service delivery.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Occupational Therapist to join the therapy team within the REACH Clacks & Stirling Community Rehabilitation Team. This role is part of a multidisciplinary team delivering community‑based assessment and rehabilitation for patients within the Clacks/Stirling HSCP.
Responsibilities
* Provide assessment and rehabilitation programmes to complex patients to support discharges and prevent hospital admission.
* Participate in quality improvement, evidence‑based practice and in‑service training.
* Provide clinical supervision and appraisals of junior staff and contribute to the supervision and development of undergraduate/pre‑reg students.
* Prioritise fluctuating workloads and maintain flexibility in a busy environment.
* Travel throughout the area of service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements
* Relevant occupational therapy qualification and registration with the appropriate professional body.
* Existing permanent employees interested in a secondment must first discuss the opportunity with their substantive line manager and submit the secondment request form before the interview.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
