40 hours per week
Our client, a successful and well-established service provider, is looking for an experienced Sales person to join the team.
You will have a proven track record in Sales and negotiations and would suit someone from The Automotive, Recruitment, Travel or Property industry, although open to speaking to candidates who have worked within a negotiation role.
Our client is growing and looking for candidates who are driven, organised and consultative with strong negation skills.
This role is a permanent vacancy to be based at their office in Wetherby.

Hours of work: Monday – Friday between 9am-6pm on a 40 hours weeks.
Key responsibilities:
* Utilising the CRM system to obtain new leads
* Creating marketing campaigns to attract new business
* Outbound calling including cold calls and follow ups
* Managing own diary
* Negotiating with third parties
* Competitor and market research
* Manage incoming queries
* Converting leads to new business
* Attending networking events
* Liasing with other areas of the business

Required skills and experience:
* Be motivated, organised and driven
* Have a proven track record within a Sales environment
* Be an excellent negotiator
* Be comfortable in making high volume of calls
* Be able to work as a team as well as under own initiative
