Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 17:30 and Friday 09:00 - 16:30

Responsibilities of the MEWP Service Engineer:
Based from premises in the Hertfordshire area, this MEWP Service Engineer position sits at the heart of a specialist operation focused on lifting equipment used within data centre whitespace environments. As a MEWP Service Engineer you will be responsible for:
Performing routine servicing, fault diagnosis and repair on a range of MEWPs including scissor lifts, boom lifts and articulated platforms
Conducting pre-delivery, pre-use and statutory inspections in full compliance with LOLER and PUWER requirements
Identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults to a high standard
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance programmes to reduce equipment downtime and extend operational life
Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all service activity, inspections and repairs completed
Providing operator familiarisation and guidance to customers on the safe use of mobile elevating work platforms
Supporting customers directly on site and attending breakdowns as required across UK locations and periodically on mainland Europe
Assisting with workshop duties at the Hertfordshire base including inspections, testing and run repairs
Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations at all times
