Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk (Temporary)

What you will do:
1. Process purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
2. Match invoices with the purchase orders and delivery notes
3. Resolve queries related to invoices or payments
4. Reconcile supplier statements with the ledger
5. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information
6. Assist with month-end closing activities
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
What we are looking for:
9. Previous experience in purchase ledger or accounts payable is essential
10. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
11. Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel
12. Excellent organisational and time management skills
13. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
14. Good communication and interpersonal skills
