This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy. We are considering part-time applicants and can offer a starting salary of up to £34,000 per annum FTE.
Dean Close Foundation is seeking to appoint a Human Resources Manager (Administration) in this new role. The successful candidate will lead and manage our HR administration team and systems across the foundation. Responsibilities include overseeing HR processes, ensuring legal and policy compliance, maintaining personnel records, managing HRIS, driving HR service excellence, and leading a team of HR professionals. The role requires CIPD qualification or progress towards it, experience in an educational setting, senior HR experience, and a full UK driving license.
Responsibilities
* Manage all HR administrative processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and policies.
* Maintain accurate personnel records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
* Manage HR information systems to support business needs.
* Promote a culture of exceptional HR service.
* Ensure HR practices comply with UK employment law and organizational policies.
* Prepare and analyze HR reports for decision-making and process improvement.
* Lead and develop the HR team.
* Coach internal stakeholders on HR best practices.
Candidate Requirements
CIPD qualification or ongoing studies, experience in an educational environment, senior HR experience, and a full UK driving license.
