Source top talent and negotiate deals across Germany, Austria & Switzerland. Hit sales targets in a fast-paced, commission-rich environment.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development
Prospect and close deals with German-speaking clients. Candidate Sourcing
Headhunt freelancers, contractors and permanent professionals in the DACH region. Networking
Attend industry events and engage with stakeholders in their native language. Sales & Negotiation
Use your fluency to build trust and close placements.
