SEO Executive – Remote (Home-Based)
Salary £30,000 -£32,000 plus quarterly bonus potential OTE £33,000 - £35,000
Are you a skilled SEO professional with a background in agency work, looking to join a fully remote, award-winning digital marketing team?

We’re looking for an experienced SEO Analyst with a proven track record in client-facing roles within a digital agency environment. This is a 100% remote role, offering flexibility while placing you at the forefront of creating impactful SEO strategies for our diverse range of clients. You will also benefit from a quarterly bonus scheme in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement SEO strategies tailored to client goals and industries.
* Work directly with clients, translating technical SEO concepts into clear, actionable advice.
* Monitor and report on performance metrics, identifying opportunities to optimise campaigns.
* Manage your workload effectively, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
* Adapt strategies to meet the needs of clients across a variety of sectors.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* 2-3 years of experience in an SEO role, gained within a digital marketing agency.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical SEO concepts for clients.
* A deep understanding of SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush, and AdWords.
* Familiarity with website platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Magento, Squarespace, and Craft CMS.
* Solid organisational and time management skills to handle multiple client projects.
* A strong understanding of digital marketing as a whole, and how SEO fits into broader strategies.
