Clinic Assistant Stockport/Cheshire Area £25,350 per year Full Time – 40 hours per week
About the Role
The HR Guru is proud to be working in partnership with a well-established, patient-focused healthcare provider to recruit a Clinic Assistant.
This is a busy, people-focused role combining reception, administration, and client support. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic while delivering an outstanding client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming clients and providing a professional front-of-house service
Managing appointments, bookings, and practitioner diaries
Handling phone, email, and in-person enquiries
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
Supporting clients with bookings, services, and follow-ups
Assisting with general administration and clinic operations
Supporting occasional local community events (approx. 1 per month)
Working Hours
40 hours per week (including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break daily)
Rota-based shifts between: Monday–Friday: 8:30am – 7:00pm / Saturday: 8:30am – 12:30pm
Includes a mix of early/late shifts and a Saturday rota
Requirements
Previous experience in reception, customer service, administration, or healthcare
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Confident using IT systems and booking software
Comfortable discussing services and pricing with clients
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
