Experienced ERP Oracle Financials Direct Sales Director with a strong understanding of major ERP ecosystems and how to leverage relationships within the Oracle ecosystem, both internally and with Oracle partners. This global multi-billion dollar Tax SaaS provider is a well-known industry leader offering Tax determination solutions worldwide. The company provides a cutting-edge, full cloud solution embedded in major ERP providers.
Role Responsibilities:
* Lead and coach a team of 3 sales professionals.
* Sell to ERP clients through contacts with Oracle/SAP sales executives, their partners, and clients.
* Develop strategies based on strong contacts within Oracle’s sales teams and partners.
* Hunt for deals in the upper mid to enterprise scale, backed by a multi-billion dollar business.
* Develop a team focused on different ERP providers to expand enterprise deals.
* Report to SVP level and promote a hunter sales culture.
Location: South East England – primarily London or South England. Hybrid working with at least 2 days in the office per week.
Salary: Competitive Sales Director salary, variable compensation, benefits, and vested stock in an imminent exit business.
Candidate Profile:
* 10+ years in senior sales, with expertise in closing enterprise deals between $500 million and $3 billion.
* Deep knowledge of ERP Financials solutions, especially Oracle and ideally SAP ecosystems.
* Experience leading teams with familiarity in methodologies like Gartner, Value Selling, MEDDIC, Sanderson, or similar.
* Proven success in the UK&I territory.
* Hands-on sales leadership, building and guiding a team of 3-4 specialists in ERP providers and selling third-party tax SaaS solutions.
* Ability to sell tax or e-invoicing solutions into clients with major ERP systems requiring automation.
Preferred:
* Existing contacts within Oracle and partner ecosystems.
* Experience selling Tax SaaS or E-invoicing solutions, with ERP solutions as a primary focus.
