The post holder must manage the outpatient waiting lists and ensure outpatient clinics are utilised efficiently.
The post holder will work in close association with and in a supportive role to the Team Leader. The post holder under the direction and guidance of the Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring processes and systems in place are adhered to and meet both Trust and National targets, in accordance with the Patient Access to Treatment Policy, and Private Pathway.
Main duties of the job
Work as office admin team member including telephone, contact point, booking outpatient appointments, sending clinic lists, monitor patient's pathways, plan and co ordinate outpatient clinics, utilisation as well as monitoring and actioning follow up waitlists.
