Fleet Sales Administrator – Derby

Our client, a well-established and highly reputable automotive dealership in Derby, is looking to recruit a Fleet Sales Administrator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with strong administrative skills to support a busy fleet sales function within a successful and expanding business.

What you’ll be doing as a Fleet Sales Administrator:
7. Supporting the Group Fleet Manager with day-to-day administration
8. Managing all post-sale processes for fleet vehicle orders
9. Preparing customer quotations and processing vehicle orders
10. Allocating registration numbers, taxing vehicles, and producing invoices
11. Liaising with the vehicle preparation centre to ensure PDI and valeting is completed
12. Coordinating vehicle deliveries and customer collections
What we’re looking for from the Fleet Sales Administrator:
13. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of admin
14. Excellent organisational and time management skills
15. Confident IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel
16. Previous administration experience within a fast-paced environment (automotive desirable)
