Maintenance Person Location: Rochdale Type: Part Time 2 – 3 days a week 8.30am – 5pm Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour (Paye) 18hr CIS We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our client, a leading Build to Rent accommodation based in Rochdale. This is a part-time position, offering a competitive pay rate. Job Description Maintenance Person The successful Maintenance Person will be responsible for a variety of duties, including but not limited to: Inspecting and reporting any issues with rooms Preparing rooms for new tenants Moving furniture, including mattresses and other items Performing siliconing tasks Repairing and replacing shower heads Fault finding Report defects Flush downs Assisting the Maintenance team with tasks as needed Maintenance Person Requirements Previous experience in maintenance, preferably in a property management, student accommodation, Build to Rent, or hospitality setting Multi-skilled with the ability to work independently Available for an immediate start If you have previous Handyman or Maintenance experience and are looking for a part-time position, we would love to hear from you.
