Working with our repairs team to uphold our key values with regards to improving homes, lives and communities, the successful candidate will be key to providing an efficient repairs service to our customers. The role will involve daily planning and scheduling of repairs work to ensure maximum productivity. The successful candidate will be customer focused with excellent communication and organisational skills.
You will be responsible for customer enquiries, mainly over the telephone and have the ability to diagnose repairs, issue orders of work and arrange subsequent appointments.
To be successful you will have:
* Solid experience in Administration / Contact Centre within a busy customer focused role
* Ideally, some understanding of building maintenance or Repairs terminology
* Strong IT skills
* The ability to identify and deliver improvements to drive efficiencies
* Ability to manage your own workload
* Strong customer service focus
* Confident telephone manner
* Proven ability in working to targets and standards in order to achieve a quality service delivery.
* The ability to remain calm when dealing with a difficult situation positively.
* Ideally have knowledge of building/property/repairs and maintenance
