Responsibilities:
7. Familiarise yourself with the nursery's routine to ensure smooth daily operations
8. Collaborate with colleagues to devise creative activities and efficiently tackle tasks
9. Support key workers by observing EYFS curriculum-based activities to monitor progress
10. Cultivate strong relationships with parents and carers to facilitate communication
11. Assist with children's hygiene routines and mealtimes
12. Proactively maintain a safe and enjoyable environment conducive to learning
13. Safeguard children and promptly report any welfare concerns to management
14. Assist in updating daily diary sheets detailing children's activities and meals
Requirements:
15. Enhanced DBS on the update service (or obtainable through Randstad)
16. Previous experience working with babies and young children
17. NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent
18. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
19. Strong work ethic and professional demeanour
20. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
21. Proficiency in the EYFS framework and its implementation
22. Genuine passion for enhancing children's development
23. Eligibility to work in the UK
