The project:Opportunity to work within a life sciences programme, delivering critical national infrastructure for a central government client.
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Project Manager to support the delivery of secured projects within the programme. The role is responsible for ensuring that all logistics plans and operations are safe, compliant, and effectively managed.
Note: The role will be based 5 days per on site at Weybridge, Surrey. This role will require the successful candidate to pass both BPSS and SC clearance.
In the next year we will be supporting our client deliver an increase in volume of works in construction compared to previous years, with construction starting on new buildings as well as supporting infrastructure network upgrades.

You’ll be responsible for:
1. Managing site logistics governance, compliance, and documentation.
2. Monitoring performance against KPIs and drive corrective action.
3. Coordinating programmes to minimise disruption and ensure H&S clarity.
4. Overseeing delivery systems, data accuracy, and process updates.
5. Managing logistics risks and change control.
6. Reviewing safety, quality, and temporary works.
7. Supporting environmental compliance and issue resolution.
8. Engaging stakeholders and manage communications.
9. Maintaining commercial oversight and cost control.
10. Championing continuous improvement and innovation.
You’ll need to have:
11. Strong CDM, H&S, environmental and sustainability knowledge.
12. Skilled in risk, change, contract and performance governance.
13. Effective stakeholder manager across complex estates.
14. Proficient with KPIs, reporting, and logistics systems.
15. NVQ Level 5/6, SMSTS, Black CSCS.
