Location: Preston
36 Hours, £14.50 per hour.
Monday to Friday, with early Friday finish
Responsibilities

* Smart Stocking & Cost Control - Keep your kitchen running smoothly and efficiently without compromising on quality.
* Customer Delight - Build strong relationships with our clients and guests-turning every mealtime into a memorable experience.
* Safety & Standards - Keep your kitchen pristine and your team working safely with full compliance to all food safety protocols.
* Budget Brilliance - Stay financially savvy with cost-effective planning and sharp oversight.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Chef Manager, ideally in contract catering or a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* A genuine passion for food, service, and seasonal ingredients.
* Great communication and leadership skills - you inspire others with your energy.
* A strong sense of ownership and ability to manage client relationships.
* Confidence with budgets, stock control, and cost management.
